Offering vehicle weight indication as standard for individual axles and vehicle gross, this overload protection system incorporates patented technology. Utilization of state of the art solid state sensors ensures maximum durability in harsh environments and since there are no moving parts it is not susceptible to wear or slipping out of calibration because of stretched springs which are common in other axle load monitoring systems. For continuous monitoring of load conditions, it can also be linked to third party tracking software and is compatible with all options offered.

DEVICE DISPLAYING AXLES WEIGHT INSTALLED ON BOARD
The Trueload truck onboard weighing device is perfectly positioned in the cab in the car radio slot to give you the best view of its display. You will be able to see in real time the weight of each axle, the total transported and the net weight. You will be able to set alarm thresholds, so when the weights reach them you will be warned
FLEXION MEASUREMENT SENSOR FOR MECHANICAL SUSPENSION
This very small sensor is installed on the mechanical suspension by means of a special glue and allows to convert the suspension flexion, due to the applied load, into weight.
Its non-invasive application and without moving parts to add or weld to the vehicle is unique in the industry and the patent covering the sensor demonstrates its effectiveness. Millions of these sensors have been installed, demonstrating their robustness over time.

CANBUS LINK BOX FOR SENSORS CONNECTION
The CANBUS LINK box allows the connection of the sensors and their identification. In this way it is possible to hook different trailers to the truck ensuring that the instrument on board recognizes it to display its number of axles and the weight on them.
