The installation of accurate and EASY-to-view onboard weighing solutions and payload monitoring enable fleet operators to control loads moved, driving down haulage costs and improving productivity.

The VEI Helper X is our most advanced weighing instrument where our 35 years of knowledge put to the test so you can perform the most demanding applications. Helper X reduces or eliminates paperwork and eases data management with its ipotweb cloud service.

Ensure compliance with SOLAS regulations, track and improve container handling with accurate weight information. The VEI Helper X weighing system verify the weights of every container moved, so you can provide accurate information for logistics compliance and reporting. The weight information can also be used to analyze your operation for efficiency improvement and maintenance cost reduction.

VEI Helper X is robust, easy to use and mounts into your reach stacker cab. With accuracy typically within +/- 1%, the system provides essential information to improve your operations.

LOAD CELL INSTALLED IN BETWEEN THE FRAME AND SUB-FRAME

The load cells are installed between the chassis of the truck and that of the equipment that mounts the truck, body, flatbed, compactor or any other. With special sturdy supports the load cells are exactly positioned at the same level to eliminate the torsions that would otherwise be created during loading. The length and number of axles determine the number of load cells used. The load cells have been designed to withstand a very high breaking load ensuring the robustness of their use.

The degree of protection ensures operation at the most extreme temperatures and environmental conditions. The characteristics of its cable and its protection have been chosen for the work environment where substances derived from oil or salt will not damage them.
