Traiload puts a stop to overloads and overload prosecutions. You can also keep track of daily load totals and perform unloading procedures with pre-alarm thresholds. Traiload is easy to use: the unit is equipped with a 70 mm backlit alphanumeric LCD display for optimal visibility even from a distance and in direct sunlight or low light conditions.

OVERLOAD SAFEGUARD DEVICE
The Display is positioned at the front of the trailer to be seen from the tractor from where the type of display can be chosen via a radio control. The advantage of this position is that it is independent from the tractor, does not require cables between the trailer and the tractor, does not take up space in the cabin. Its IP67 degree of protection guarantees good resistance to atmospheric agents
STRAIN SENSOR TO DETERMINE THE AXLE BEAM BENDING DUE TO LOAD
The strain sensor called LOADLINK4 is installed on each of the trailer axles. The axles undergo the bending due to the load and the LOADLINK4 measures it being integral with the axles. The degree of protection of the LOADLINK4 ensures operation at the most extreme temperatures and environmental conditions.
The characteristics of its cable and its protection have been chosen for the work environment where substances derived from oil or salt will not damage them.

The degree of protection of the LOADLINK4 ensures operation at the most extreme temperatures and environmental conditions.
