BACKHOE LOADER
Backhoe Loader
The installation of accurate and EASY-to-view onboard weighing solutions and payload monitoring enable operators to control loads moved.
With HelperXE installed onboard you are sure that each bucket is weighed, the load is within the allowed limits, the production is under control, the moved quantity is transmitted remotely for mining haulage analysis and stock inventory. Helper XE has been created following VEI twenty years’ experience on excavator application, the first in 1998.
- HelperXE manages your load flow for the best production control and sales invoicing.
- HelperXE feature a bright colour display that is unequalled elsewhere in the industry. Visibility in direct sunlight is assured.
- HelperXE takes into consideration incabin space, ergonomics, visibility, ease of use and connectivity, while reducing the amount of componentry. In-cab space is optimised by the innovative design and applied electronics, which have permitted the building of a unique small Device incorporating the printer, when necessary, continuing VEI versatility of the integration as always been in the past.
The VKIOSK is installed at the entrance of the site and at the driver window level, the driver keys-in his vehicle Id and choose the product to be loaded. Loader operator receive the order on his Helper XE scale and identify the truck. The process is quick and no conversation occur. Once finishes, truck driver goes to the 2nd VKiosk and get the loading transaction ticket with his signature. All data are stored on the cloud using ipotweb!

ONBOARD WEIGHING SYSTEM IN CABIN
The Head unit is perfectly positioned in the cabin to give you the best view of its display and ease in choosing the data you want to enter before starting the load. Its swivel mount allows you to direct it easily for optimal viewing and interaction
LOAD SENSORS TO DETERMINE THE LIFTING PRESSURE
The load sensors are inserted, by means of special fittings, into the hydraulic pipes that carry the oil to the lifting cylinders in order to measure the pressures involved during the variation of loads and movement. The sensor cables are connected directly to the display, there are no external “black boxes” This minimises the effects of external factors on intermediate connectors.
The characteristics of the cables and their protection have been chosen for the work environment where substances derived from oil or salt will not damage them

INCLINATION SENSOR
A tilt sensor stops the weighing procedure and will not display the weight when the machine exceeds the preset inclination
BOOM ANGLE SENSOR
The Alpha2 sensor measures the incline of the arm during lifting by establishing the best position to display the weight based on the depth of the excavation. Alpha2 works with Canbus technology, this means that the wiring to the instrument is reduced and simplified, it also makes it possible to diagnose Alpha2 directly from the instrument.

STICK ANGLE SENSOR
The Alpha2 sensor measures the angle of inclination of the stick during the outreach by correcting the weight in the position in which it is found during the boom lifting. Alpha2 works with Canbus technology, this means that the wiring to the instrument is reduced and simplified, it also makes it possible to diagnose Alpha2 directly from the instrument.

Its degree of protection ensures operation at the most extreme temperatures and environmental conditions. A strong metallic protection ensures Alpha2 and its connectors a prolonged durability to external impacts
